The silent auction is being held to raise money for Stitching and Sharing the sewing ministry at Brushy Fork Baptist Church. They hope to purchase some new equipment for other projects they seek to complete. Our ministry isn’t just involved with sewing to auction our wares, but we are involved with other ministry endeavors. You can check out what those are at Stitching and Sharing page.

1. Auction will close at 12 PM on September 1, 2024.

2. After each church service (Sun. & Wed.), we will sync the physical location bid sheets with the online bid sheets. The physical location bids will appear on the website as “BFBC Location Bid” on the “Current Bid” information.
3. We ask you to make your bids in increments of $25.00. So, please make your bid the next increment of 25 over the current bid on bid sheet. The auction should be set up to do this automatically, but be prepared for this in your bidding.
4. The online bid will close approximately the same time as the on-site bidding at our church. We will contact you via e-mail or phone if your bid wins the item.
5. Payment will be made by cash/check, money order, or online payment to Brushy Fork Baptist Church in the amount of your winning bid with “Stitching and Sharing Silent Auction” in the memo line. We will contact you with all the payment information if you win the auction.
6. If we need to ship the quilt, we will do that as soon as we have received payment and it has cleared the bank. Shipping will be free if the purchase price is $500 or more. You are free to contact us to check on the progress. We will try to contact you with updates.
